Palma Stucco and Plastering LLC
OUR FOUNDER
Before starting the very successful business, Palma Stucco and Plastering LLC, Luis Palma rode his bicycle to Tyson Foods so he could work a sanitation job for a regular paycheck. With no extra money to start any type of business, Luis would often work two jobs in order set a few dollars aside. With support from his wife, who worked at a local school cafeteria, they set their DREAMS ONTO A PATH OF REALITY.
At a time when $10 an hour was everything for the Palma household, in the early 2000’s, Luis began work in the Stucco and Exterior Cladding Industry as a laborer for his brother’s construction business in Northwest Arkansas. Over the next five years, Luis never gave up on his dream of owning his own successful business.
While working as a stucco applicator, Luis polished his talents on proper stucco application techniques and processes, while also honing his project estimating skills. Luis quickly proved his abilities as a laborer, supervisor and project estimator.
Still, with his dream of owning his own business as his motivation, Luis began researching additional business opportunities in the Stucco and Exterior Cladding Industry and in 2010 determined the marketplace needed additional exterior stucco and exterior cladding services. With his dream coming into focus, after five more years of working for his hourly paycheck, Luis continued his learning and saving any dollars they could to put toward his own business.
In May, 2015 with all the years of working, saving, learning and dreaming behind him, Luis officially launched Palma Stucco and Plastering LLC with the State of Arkansas. Luis Palma was officially recognized as Palma Stucco and Plastering LLC in June, 2015 and the DREAM BECAME A REALITY.
Since 2015 and subsequent years following, Palma Stucco and Plastering has become recognized and certified by leading construction suppliers as the preferred company for proper stucco installation and repair in Northwest Arkansas and surrounding areas. His hands-on oversight and guidance has steered the company into a position of respect and preference when clients expect “the best in quality and service”.
During a time of cutting corners, “so-called” stucco applicators started appearing everywhere. Instead of lowering his standards and offering a product that cut corners, Luis remained solid in his belief of providing “the best in quality and service” for every customer who chose Palma Stucco and Plastering. Interestingly, many of the those who decided on using improperly trained stucco applicators, Luis would receive calls from asking for HIS service to repair the shoddy work done by others.
In early 2020’s, Palma Stucco and Plastering continued their expansion of much-needed properly applied construction services, which has secured their position as the preferred and trusted stucco construction company in Northwest Arkansas and surrounding areas.
In order to continue his dream for many years to come, Luis included his son, Edwardo in 2023 in the business, who represents the second generation of the Palma name for future customers who expect quality and craftsmanship. Luis Palma’s goals and vision for Palma Stucco and Plastering remains focused and steadfast, to offer “the best in quality and service” stucco and exterior cladding products and complimenting construction services in the area.
